Three talented teenage artists will come together for an exhibition at Thirroul on Friday November 3
“Endless Bummer’ will showcase the works of the trio, who are all making a name for themselves in the art world.
Endless Bummer will also showcase the work of 18 year old Wombarra artist Billy Fisher who was this year awarded a prestigous National Gallery of Australia scholarship. Billy has been a finalist in the Moran photographic awards and has also been awarded the Konica Prize for contribution to the Visual arts.
18 year old Felix Needham is a budding filmmaker who took out the ‘Best Film’ award in the Open Category at Bulli High’s annual film night.
“The exhibition highlights the strong youth art culture in the Northern Illawarra,” says Billy, “and highlights the potential of this next generation of artists in our area.”
All three young artists plan to launch a career in the visual arts.
Endless Bummer will be held at Black Gold (above Finbox) in Thirroul on Friday November 3.
