Wollongong Council now has an app.
That means we can report any ‘issues’ we come across at the press of a button- giving us direct access to Council’s Customer Service team.
Mayor Gordon Bradbery says the initiative is in line with what the community needs. “They told us they want to be able to interact with us using mobile devices – and also would like to use their devices to track how requests are progressing.
“Giving residents greater access this way helps make things more efficient. It also means residents can let us know what they need help with at times that suit them- not just when the Customer Service Centre is open.
You can use the app to report problems including potholes, barking dogs, dumped rubbish, graffiti and abandoned vehicles.
The Wollongong Report It app is available free. It can be downloaded through the App Store, Google play or Windows store.
