Scarborough Wombarra Surf Lifesaving club is mourning the loss of valued long-time member Dave Denton.
Dave (57) dedicated much of his life to surf lifesaving, devoting 27 years of service to clubs throughout the Illawarra- with much of that time devoted to Scarborough Wombarra where he served on the committee for 25 years, and continued patrolling as long as he could.
Dave sadly lost his fight with cancer last week.
The funeral will be held at 2.00 PM on Monday May 21 at Parsons Funeral Home, Bulli
In lieu of flowers, David had asked donations be made to The Chris O’Brien Life House
After the funeral, the wake is to be held at the Bulli-Woonona RSL Club.
