The Sydney to Gong Bike Ride is on again Sunday 3rd November to help raise $4.5Million for people with MS.
This event is a special part of Wollongong’s cycling heritage and the best organised, most respected and spectacular one day community cycle in Australia.
Since 1980, hundreds of thousands of cyclists have hit the road to Wollongong and raised over $20 million dollars to support people with MS.
Whether you choose the long or short course you’ll experience the MS Gong Ride’s famous camaraderie, its spectacular scenery through the Royal National Park, Sea Cliff Bridge and the coast road to Wollongong, the support of hundreds of volunteers along the way and the buzz of finishing in Wollongong.
The ride is capped at 10,000 entries and sells out. Entry fees only cover the significant cost of staging the ride and so Riders commit to fundraise a minimum $250.
This support is the reason we stage the ride and allows us to continue to provide support and services to some of the 23,000 Australians affected by this baffling and debilitating disease.
