Always wanted to own a pub? Here’s your chance!
After 28 years, Helensburgh’s Centennial Hotel is on the market! Not a bad buy considering it’s the only pub between Heathcote and Scarborough!
The property will be auctioned on Thursday November 26, with no price guide provided, however demand is high with agent Gerry Quinlan of Manenti Quinlan saying there were 25 enquiries in the first week alone!
Gerry says the main attraction for the hotel is its unique street presence, perched on the roundabout at the top of the town. “The property is in an excellent position,” says Gerry. “It’s also got a 24 hour liquor licence, 10 room accommodation and an extensive outdoor area.”
He says the 1157 sq meter property also includes a main bar, bottle shop, a bistro, gaming lounge, managers quarters and a basement keg room.
The sale is being conducted by Manenti Quinlan and Associates and Cooper Hotel
