So much of what we experience in our relationships with others goes unsaid, or comes out in ways that can be very damaging. We often struggle with indecision and a lack of clarity over what is happening with others. It may be reassuring to know that you are not alone in these experiences and things can change for the better, for your own well-being.
A one day workshop, Assertiveness and Improving Relationships, is being offered through Thirroul Neighbourhood Centre on Thursday 26th June. The workshop will run from 10am through to 2.30pm and will be a donation-only arrangement. All proceeds will be donated to help support Thirroul Neighbourhood Centre. The workshop will give you valuable understanding and some skills to more fully express your needs, improve your relationships and reduce conflict. It will be run by experienced trainer and Gestalt psychotherapist, Gayle Russell, who recently moved to the Illawarra area.
‘Some people are at a crisis point in their life, are plagued with self-doubt or lack of direction. Some have a struggle defining their personal or emotional boundaries and saying no. This course will help you see ways to step in new directions and change what you really don’t want in your life,’ said Ms Russell.
To register your interest phone Thirroul Neighbourhood Centre on 4267 2500 and book your place in this short, valuable workshop.
