Police are appealing for assistance following an indecent act on a train between Thirroul and Wolli Creek Railway Stations earlier this year.
Just before 10am on Saturday 20 October 2018, two women boarded a train at Thirroul station, bound for Central.
Police say a man boarded the train and sat near the women before allegedly exposing himself and committing an act of indecency in view of them.
The women notified a train guard at Wolli Creek, who approached the man before he left the train.
The incident was reported to officers from the Police Transport and Public Safety Command.
Following inquiries, investigators have now released CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The man depicted is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium to large build, and aged in his late 20s.
He is seen wearing a black long sleeve jumper and grey shorts. The man has numerous tattoos including the word “baker” on his right leg.
Police are urging anyone with information, or anyone who knows the identity of the man to come forward.
