The Dalai Lama once said, “If every 8 year old in the world was taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.”
Meditation is part of that healing process and apart from having enormous benefits to your health, relationships, focus and overall sense of wellbeing, it also helps in the observation of patterns of thinking and emotions that may be subconsciously standing in the way between you and the life you desire.
“I’m not interested in teaching you how to be all “Zen” on a pillow with your legs crossed like a pretzel and have it have no impact in your life”, says Mish, “I want to see it make a difference to you and what it is you want to create.”
Mish’s classes are generally a one-on-one (or perhaps a two-on-one format where you’re welcome to bring a close friend), where you can talk about what you’d like to achieve, in a private environment.
