Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar opens in Thirroul next Monday (June 20) and that means pizza delivery as far north as Stanwell Park!
Just in time for the State of Origin!
Crust in Thirroul is owned and operated by Coledale’s Anne Doyle and her family, giving the business a strong local connection. “I am co-managing the store with my daughter Kayla, and my son is currently running our original business, The Real Hot Chocolate, (the chunk of chocolate on a stick that you dunk into hot milk) but he will also be helping out here at Crust, so it’s a real family affair!”
Anne says she chose to open Crust Gourmet Pizza because she loves the brand. “They have delicious pizzas and great systems,” she says. “In fact we didn’t look at any other options. And they’ve been super-supportive with the training process, which we are currently running for our new team of staff members.”

The new store has employed 24 staff and 10 drivers, all of which are local kids aged between 15 and 21.
Already sponsors of Scarborough Boardriders, Anne is determined to support the local community.
From the minute the store opens on Monday (June 20), for the first week, one dollar from every pizza sold will go local charity Need a Feed.
“I have been friends with Need a Feed’s Shaz for years so want to help her in any way I can.”
From next Monday, you can order your pizza, and have it home delivered, by calling Crust Thirroul on 4267 1700 or dropping in to the brand new store opposite the Post Office on the northern side of IGA.
