The Real Foot Reboot is a four-week program to help you improve your quality of life by eating real foods.
Program founder and Northern Illawarra resident Stephanie Meades says she sees many people feeling lethargic and older than their years. “The Real Food Reboot ‘ will help you reclaim your health and vitality with a way of eating that doesn’t cost the earth, and won’t take heaps of time to achieve. “
Stephanie is a mother of two very active boys under the age of 5, who lives in the real world. She is no stranger to the juggling act of being a working mother and understands the importance of the ‘time and cost’ factor when preparing nutritious and delicious meals for herself and her family. She has created the program so families from all walks of life can adopt a healthier, happier way of eating which can be sustained for life!

Kitchen cull – clearing the clutter from your pantry, fridge and freezer and replacing with nutritious and delicious real food ingredients
Shopping guide – Where and how to shop to make the most of your food budget
What to expect when transitioning your eating habits
You will also be provided with over 100 new and exciting real food recipes to get you inspired and fuelling your journey. Each week we will provide you with over 20 new recipes, covering quick and easy brekkie options, simple lunches and painless dinners in addition to providing some snack and dessert inspiration (yes, you are able to enjoy sweets and snacks in this program!) which you can use to create your own unique meal plan.
