Ocean swimmers rejoice!
The 16th Annual Stanwell Park Ocean Challenge is on this Sunday. You can read a bit more about it HERE
The 2.3 kilometre swim is one of the few open water ‘journey’ swims, taking place between Coalcliff beach and Stanwell Park beach, and it’s described as one of the sport’s most spectacular, attracting entrants from right around Australia.
The crystal-clear water and amazing escapement views gives participants the chance to take-in some breathtaking sights.
All funds raised from the event goes to help Helensburgh-Stanwell park Surf Club.
The race starts at 10am, with competitors lining up from 9am. To enter you can visit ocean swims.com or you can enter on the day.
