A Thirroul woman will face Sutherland court next month charged with high-range drink driving and driving with a suspended licence after she was pulled over by police at Waterfall- recording a breath analysis of nine times the legal limit.
Police say the woman’s son was in the car with her at the time.
The 44 year old woman’s Toyota Hilux was stopped, and she was subjected to a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result.
She was arrested and taken to Sutherland Police Station, where a breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.182.
As a suspended driver, the woman is subject to a blood alcohol limit of 0.02.
Family and Community Services has been notified.
