Wombarra teen Leah Jeffries has ranked 46th in the world at the World Junior Climbing Championships in Austria this week.
It’s a massive achievement for Leah, not only to become a national representative at such a young age, but also because climbing is an Olympic event at the 2020 Tokyo games, when Leah will be just the right age!
Leah has already recorded a PB in the speed comp at the World Championships, climbing the 15 meter wall in the incredible time of 21 seconds.
She managed a credible 43rd out of a field of 85 in Bouldering.
